The principals of TASC and their management team have decades of experience in the administration and appraisal of real and personal property for tax purposes. Many of our managers possess additional skills and designations brought from other fields of expertise compatible with our services at TASC.

We embrace new technologies to enhance the services we provide to our clients. We strive to maintain a strong local presence in the jurisdictions of our clients which builds confidence between our clients and those they serve.

Jerry L. Wisdom

JERRY L. WISDOM, PPS is the Personal Property Appraisal Manager for Total Assessment Solutions Corp (TASC). TASC, an Arkansas based corporation, is an appraisal firm that contracts with county governments in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Idaho and New Mexico. Currently he and his staff are responsible for valuing over 20 billion dollars of personal property in 5 states annually.


 Mr. Wisdom began his career in 1979 for Continental Emsco, an oilfield supply company. After serving 5 years he began his own supply company, J.W. Pump & Supply Co. His company expanded to 3 stores located in the Oklahoma panhandle before leaving to pursue other business opportunities. Since 1996 he has developed a specialty service in the discovery, auditing, mapping, and appraisal of oil and gas pipelines, gas plants, compressor stations, communication equipment, drilling rigs, electric generation and other related personal property equipment specifically for county assessors. Mr. Wisdom is also Vice President – Asset Manager and serves on the Board of Directors for Jo-Allyn Oil Company. He has experience in buying & selling oil & gas wells, equipment and reserves. Mr. Wisdom has over 40 years of experience in this sector of the oil field.


Jerry has been involved in over 60 county wide projects in 7 states, finding billions of dollars of non-reported or omitted personal property assets for tax assessors.  Winning one U.S. Supreme Court case concerning natural gas in storage collecting millions of tax dollars for Oklahoma Counties. In 2008 Jerry developed all cost tables for oil & gas equipment for the State of Colorado Basic Equipment Lists (BELS). He has been recognized as an expert witness in the valuation of oil & gas equipment, and he holds the Personal Property Specialist Appraisal designation with the IAAO, (International Association of Assessing Officers).


Jerry has instructed Oil & Gas Identification and Valuation classes in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas and Idaho. He has also assisted in the valuations of Wind Generation assets in Oklahoma since 2010.  Currently TASC has contracts with 22 of the 25 Counties in Oklahoma to value these for 2020 tax year.


Josh Cantrell

Josh Cantrell is a Regional Manager and shareholder at Total Assessment Solutions Corporation (TASC). Josh started his career as a field appraiser in 1999 with Mack Reynolds Appraisal Company. He spent several years traveling the state of Arkansas and working in multiple counties doing field inspections. In 2004 he was assigned his first county to oversee from beginning to end, and in 2005 he received his Appraisal Managers designation from the Arkansas Assessment Coordination Department. Through the years, Josh has become an expert on the valuation process of ad valorem tax system, and learned the SPSS software to assist TASC with their Ratio studies.


Most co-workers refer to him as the “go to guy” when valuation questions arise. After the 2009 merger, Josh was provided an opportunity of work side by side with Page Kutait. This opportunity allowed Josh to learn another side of the reappraisal business, which included county contract bids, bid specs, digital mapping and soil coding, and the overall management of a growing company.


Josh is a lifetime resident of Amity AR in Clark County where he lives with his teenage daughters.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding the deer lease in his Ranger during his spare time. 


Hardie Reynolds, Jr.

Hardie Reynolds, Jr, President and shareholder, began his real estate marketing and appraisal career shortly after graduating from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Hardie was inspired by his dad, whom after retiring from the military was very active in the timber industry which involved among other things, land and timber valuation, easements and land title investigations.  Hardie has over 38 years’ experience in the real estate profession including real estate appraisal, marketing and land title examinations. Hardie joined the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) in 1981 and has achieved through the years the organization’s highest designation, the CAE (Certified Assessment Evaluator) along with the Residential Evaluation Specialist designation the RES. Also certified by IAAO as an Arkansas In-State instructor.


Along with a lengthy history of ad valorem tax and property valuation experience, Hardie also attained the Arkansas State Certified General Appraiser status and  has in previous years preformed residential, commercial and farm appraisals for financing institutions and has testified and been qualified as an expert witness in property valuation in local, state and federal courts. Hardie is an active member in the Arkansas state chapter of IAAO, where he has served as board member, vice president and in 2009 became the chapter’s President. Hardie was awarded the Outstanding Member Award and to date is the only two-time recipient of the Marvin C. Russell Award for outstanding contributions to the appraisal assessment industry.


With TASC’s services expanding well beyond the border of Arkansas, Hardie has achieved the Oklahoma Certified General Appraiser status and the Advanced Accreditation appraisal standing by the Oklahoma Tax Division. Hardie is also a member of the Arkansas Forestry Association.


Josh Allen

Josh Allen is a shareholder for Total Assessment Solutions Corporation (TASC), Appraisal Manager, and a member of the Board of Directors. Josh started his career in the assessment field in 2002 with Mack-Reynolds Appraisal Company after graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Mass Communication. Starting as a field appraiser, Josh learned every aspect of the appraisal process ranging from field inspections to data entry.


After passing the Arkansas State Appraisal Manager’s test, Josh began learning the valuation side of the business overseeing and managing county reappraisals.  Since that time, Josh has been involved in the reappraisal process of numerous counties in Arkansas and Oklahoma as well as managing multiple counties and employees.  After the merger of Mack-Reynolds Appraisal Company and Arkansas Mass Appraisal Group to form Total Assessment Solutions Corporation, Josh became one of the shareholders in 2012.  Josh learned the ownership side of the business under the guidance of Dewayne Mack, Hardie Reynolds, and the late Page Kutait.


He now tries to carry on their legacies in the appraisal world by helping secure TASC as one of the top mass appraisal corporations in the country. Josh shares leadership roles with his fellow shareholders and serves on the Board of Directors of TASC. He is a member of the Arkansas and Oklahoma chapters of IAAO. Josh married his wife Brooke in 2003. They have two sons, Bryce and Brennon.  Josh enjoys watching his boys play football, hunting, and traveling.


Lindsay Nutt

Lindsay Nutt is a Regional Manager and shareholder at Total Assessment Solutions Corporation (TASC). Lindsay was exposed to the world of Arkansas valuation at an early age. Her mother, Linda Sparrow, proudly served as the Lafayette County Assessor for 26 years. During high school and college Lindsay worked part-time in the Lafayette County Assessor’s office learning personal and business property assessment, mineral assessment, and the real estate valuation process.


In 1999 she accepted a job offer by Page Kutait to become a data management clerk for Arkansas CAMA Technology. In 2010 she embarked on a new journey and joined the TASC team. This journey with TASC has been the most rewarding. She received her Appraisal Managers designation from the Assessment Coordination Department in 2014. Lindsay currently resides in Lewisville, AR with her husband and two children.


She works hard to give back to her community, especially to the youth. She is an active member of the local athletic booster club; she serves and coaches on local youth football and basketball programs and ministers to the youth at her local church. She believes that one of the most fulfilling opportunities in life is working with young kids.


Corie Scarborough

Corie Scarborough is a regional manager and shareholder in TASC. She has been in the business of property values and taxation since 1995. She began her mass appraisal career in 2001 with Arkansas Mass Appraisal Group as a parcel mapper and data entry staff member.


 Corie has worked on every aspect of a mass appraisal project from the set up to the final valuation and defense of values. She is a certified Arkansas Appraisal Manager and has years of experience with CAMA systems and the day to day management of projects that can aid her clients with their individual needs.


 Corie lives in Russellville, Arkansas in Pope County with her daughter Hayley and her 2 Great Danes, Remy and Tyra. Her favorite thing to do when not working is traveling to places she has never been before, or visiting any beach…anywhere. She will always be a Razorback fan and enjoys cheering them on in person as often as she can.


Darla Crump

Darla Crump,  Director of Human Resource and shareholder of Total Assessment Solutions Corporation (TASC).  Mrs. Crump started her mass appraisal career in 2000 when she was hired on to work in the data entry field for Mack-Reynolds Appraisal Company working out of multiple counties around Arkansas. Knowing this was something that she truly enjoyed she spent time learning as much as she could about the appraisal business which included receiving her Level 4 Certification from the Arkansas Assessment Coordination Department.  In 2010 Mack-Reynolds Appraisal group merged with Arkansas Mass Appraisal forming Total Assessment Solutions Corporation(TASC) creating the largest mass appraisal group in Arkansas.


Through the years she has transitioned into other areas of the business which brought her to the Human Resource department.  She strives to assist all employees and clients with any issues that arise. Darla is a member of the Society of Human Resource (SHRM), and an active member of the WCASHRM chapter. Mrs. Crump has served on the Assessment Coordination Department best practice group for Public Relations; she is serving on the Kirby Public School Board where she has held all positions, currently President. She is also the IAAO Education Coordinator for TASC.  Darla possesses experience in several aspects of human resources including, recruitment, benefits, education,  and payroll.


Darla grew up in a small town is Southwest Arkansas were she still currently resides with her husband and three children. She feels blessed that she has been able to raise her family in a small town with a big heart. She was raised by two very hardworking parents that instilled the same work ethic and perseverance in her that they  have always had which is to give 110% at what ever you choose to do in all aspects of your life.
